QUESTIONS

Payment
and subscription.

How do I start using Evil VPN?+

Activate the trial in Telegram, then install the app for your device. Sign in to Evil VPN or add the key to a compatible client and turn on the connection.

Do I need to keep Telegram open?+

No. Telegram is used to manage your subscription and get keys. The VPN connection itself runs in the app on your phone or computer.

What is a connection key?+

It’s a personal subscription link that the app uses to connect. You can get it in the dashboard or in Telegram. Don’t share the key with others: it can be used to access your subscription.

How many devices can I connect?+

When subscribing, choose from 1 to 10 devices. A device takes a slot when the app first loads your subscription. The device list is in the dashboard: there you can also disconnect extra devices and free up a slot.

Can I add a device later?+

Yes. In the “Subscription” section, tap “Add devices.” The extra charge is calculated only for the remaining days and is shown before payment.

How to renew a subscription?+

Open the “Subscription” section, choose a period, and pay for it: SBP, bank card, cryptocurrency, or Telegram Stars. New days are added to your remaining time. There’s no auto-renewal — money is not charged without your action.

What happens after the trial period?+

The trial is valid for 3 days on one device. When it ends, the VPN will stop connecting — nothing is charged and no card is needed for the trial. To continue, choose a plan in Telegram or the dashboard.

Payment went through but the subscription didn’t appear. What should I do?+

Refresh the subscription page: some payment methods take time to confirm. If the status hasn’t changed, contact support with the date, amount, and payment number. Do not send card details or verification codes.

Do you store browsing history?+

No. We don’t log the sites you visit, DNS requests, or traffic content. Details are in the privacy policy.
